After listening to Walter's Live Trout release until it almost melted this was perhaps the most anticipated show of the fest and Walter didn't disappoint. He flew onto the stage, let go a few dizzying licks as only he can play them, then declared himself ready to go and launched into a version of  the  classic "Dust My Broom"  that Elmore James never dreamed of and it only got better from there.
Whether he was playing hard blues or doing his version of the Dylan classic "I Shall be Released" Walter showed once again why he's is considered on the best guitarists of our times.
